APA reports that men are less likely to seek medical attention and eat less vegetables than females. · Why? o One reason deals with difficulty to express their fears. o Another is that men seem to have a lesser knowledge of medical issues than females. Due to this men tend to seek medical attention later until a condition is much worse. Often this causes much more difficulties. · What does this often lead to? o Early male death. o Greater heart issues. o Greater rates of Type 2 Diabetes. · What do we need to learn from this? o We, as men, need to be better educated concerning our own health. o We should be willing to see the doctor when things are not going well. o This does not mean that see a doctor for every sniffle but when serious signs are beginning to show, it would be a good idea to see someone. · Men, we play a valuable role in the church. o That includes the need to be the example to younger Christian men (Titus 2:1-2, 6)We want to hear from you!
