  1. We live in a fast-paced world where it is difficult to sit down for a meal.
  2. Why is it a problem?
    1. We tend to get hungrier later and potentially over-eat.
    2. We make poor food choices.
    3. Lowers metabolism.
    4. We burn less energy.
    5. Can gain weight.
    6. Left with little energy.
    7. Can eventually raise the potential of getting type-2 diabetes.
  3. What should we do?
    1. Eat regular meals.
    2. Plan out those meals ahead of time.
      1. Everydish and other meal prep services.
      2. This is a matter of our physical health.
    3. Make sure the meal is healthy.
