- The Christian life is the best life possible because it is a life of love (1 John 3:1-3; 4:11).
- Christians can rejoice because…
- … their reward in heaven is great (Matthew 5:12).

- … Christ is preached (Philippians 1:18).

- … they can partake of Christ’s sufferings (Colossians 1:24; 1 Peter 4:13).
- … they always have reason to rejoice (1 Thessalonians 5:16).
