Following the dedication of the temple, God appeared to Solomon by night and promised: “if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land” (2 Chron. 7:14). Since we have covered humility and penitence in previous lessons, our focus in this lesson will be on prayer and seeking God’s face.We want to hear from you!
