Every generation draws from the successes and mistakes of those before them. This is especially true when it comes to manliness and leadership. Sometimes who we are supposed to be and how we are supposed to lead is determined more by what we see in others than what we know to right.

This week Wayne, and his special guest, Daniel F. Cates, begin a look at some great leaders in history. Not all of these men were spiritual, but they were successful in their leadership attempts. We can and should learn from this. Daniel has a great interest in and passion for history. His knowledge is vast and perspective is grounded. These facts prove helpful in this week’s discussion.
