In turn, we are called to lead those under our care in the acceptance and management of such news. This week episode centers on a classic Biblical, leadership text – the book of Nehemiah. In helping us, as leaders, process and lead others through bad news, Wayne utilizes the principles found in Nehemiah chapter 1.
