On this episode, Andrew continues the idea of being a help to others by listening. The Bible points out that hearing is absolutely important. (Rom. 10:17). The Proverbs writer says that a wise person is one who will listen. Giving a reflective statement (repeating what you were just told in your own words) is of utmost importance.
