- When we choose to reject Jesus, we are in effect inviting the wrath of God upon us. Our merciful God wants us to be spared, which is why He sent His Only Begotten Son into this world to die for us. Unfortunately, many still choose to reject God and persecute His people. But, as royals, we must choose to pray for those people, knowing that they are going to have the wrath of God come upon them.
