The core is a very involved part of the body in that almost anything we do – whether we’re exercising or doing everyday tasks – involves the muscles of our core.  Working out our core is more than just doing ab work; it’s about involving so much of our body.  In this episode, we’ll talk more about the core, why we should work it out, and how to work it out.
