“Aerobic Exercise: What, Why, and How?” (Strong in the Lord S1E5)

Another way we can be good stewards of our health is by doing cardiovascular exercises, also known as aerobic exercises.  During this episode, Gary will briefly review some terminology related to Aerobic Exercise, the benefits of it, and a few practical tips on how to do it.  

Before starting any exercise program, especially if you haven’t been active recently, it’s good to discuss work-out plans with a doctor to ensure your body’s able to do it.  There are many exercise options available; if you’re planning to take some extra time to devote to your health, use some of that time to consult with a physician.
